It won't always be in perfect balance, but in order to achieve balance, is through knowledge, wisdom, strength and self care in order to move forward. The Yin Yang symbolizes Mother Earth's mysterious ways of equalizing, the homeostasis of the physical body, the night and day skies, pH levels to thrive and stable levels of nutrients for us to feel good.
