I, the client, release the professional from all liability regarding my health service. I agree, if I cancel, to give the practitioner at least a 24 hour notice. If I am not able to arrive to my session within 24 hours because of severe weather & health or family emergencies, I understand there is no penalty and will let my practitioner know. If not, I agree to pay the cancellation fee of $25. The practitioner understands that life happens and will give the client a chance to work with them to prevent from paying the fee.
