When a family member or friend asks for a massage, it's important to know what you're doing, even if you're not particularly trained in it. Luckily, I am. It's been quite a few years since I started my massage career and it has been rewarding to see the positive changes in people's bodies, minds, and attitudes. The blood flow is like water and there are boulders or rocks blocking it's path and causing pain. What needs to be done is removing those blocks to promote free flow again. Find concentrated areas of tension in the neck or shoulders and squeeze with your entire hand to a comfortable level and hold til the muscles let go. Things you'll need: Magnesium oil, Sea Salts, 8 oz. spray bottle and filtered water (optional fav essential oils) Add 2 tsp of sea salt, 20mL of magnesium oil, and 15 - 20 drops of your favorite eo into your spray container. Fill just below the neck of the container with filtered water. Swirl til salts fully dissolve. In our most troubling times, we sometimes feel this great urge throw up our hands and pray or meditate when we just about had it with life. No matter your background, religion or non religion, our ancestors have prayed to one or many gods throughout our era. During these times of stress, it's important to listen to the spiritual message to overcome and find the grand scheme of things AS WELL AS be as healthy and happy as possible. Prayer can lead us towards patience, action, or adventure if you can listen to and obey the message.
